Over a 12-month period, I contributed to three major web re-designs. Working with the marketing team, I learned the ins and outs of the original product – revital U Coffee – making it the focus.
Keeping sales in mind, I continuously improved the written content and the site’s usability to offer the best online customer experience, from start to finish. The copy on the company’s main website aimed to highlight all of the three primary benefits (energy, focus, weight management) available in three forms (coffee, capsules, hot chocolate).
From a list of ingredients, I researched their benefits and created copy that customers could relate to existing foods/beverages already in their diet. Doing this made the customer more comfortable purchasing a product.
It’s important to note that copy was written within compliance guidelines, in order to provide the best experience for the customer and their expectations.
